Satisfaction and Return PolicY

Nona Jo’s is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). *we do except returns through mail or at our store location.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact us at Nona Jo’s 1-630-355-4488 or Shop@nonajos.com and we will be glad to arrange a return/exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are identified by a price which ends in .99 are considered final sales and can not be returned or refunded.  Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued.

Once a returned item is received in our store, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days
